Responsible Infrastructure. Strong Environmental Protections.

Lasting Community Benefit.

Rowan Digital Infrastructure is proposing a sustainable data center in Watts Township, PA.

The project would be designed to support the digital services we all depend on while complying with applicable local, state, and federal environmental laws. The project would be required to complete applicable environmental reviews, obtain necessary permits, and demonstrate compliance with all relevant requirements.

But compliance is only the starting point.

Rowan believes major infrastructure should deliver major local benefits. The project would bring substantial private investment, new tax revenue, jobs, infrastructure improvements, and dedicated financial support for priorities identified by the community.
